For example, you can ask the Alergotel.com team to delete any information collected about you by sending an email to contact@alergotel.com. Following the request received, we will remove all information about the data saved by the Alergotel  within 4 days. After deletion, due to caching and backup, your data will not be deleted. They may persist longer in our systems until these caches expire or are manually removed from backup.

Alergotel processes personal data obtained by direct consent of site users, as well as data obtained indirectly, automatically by accessing the site and through third parties.

Account information.

When you sign up for a Alergotel account, we ask for personal information such as name, phone number

The purpose for which Alergotel collect personal data is to register / identify you on our application for enabling features like alerts or join you in our community that fights against allergens.

In order to create an Alergotel account  , the User is obliged to use a valid e-mail address. The user may refuse the request for registration in situations where it finds that it has used information that is not in accordance with reality or uses the services in a manner inconsistent with normal usage.

The user will be able to access his private account on the Alergotel using email login data. The password can be changed at any time by the User. At the express request of the User and without asking for a reason, Alergotel  may delete the User’s account. The phone number is required only for authorities (ex police asking additional info on your reported issues ).

Onboarding and logging services on Alergotel are complemented by a secure server (HTTPS / SSL). Alergotel uses the HTTPS protocol to protect your information.

Your password

  1. is stored in hashed form
  2. In case of a security breach, the original password cannot be recovered from our servers.

Automatic data collection

 alergotel.com will collect certain information automatically from your browser, which will be kept in log files.

This information includes display size, browser type, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time index and various clickstream data. If your browser has a “private browsing” mode, you may be able to block this information from being sent to alergotel.com, but in some cases this may affect your ability. to make optimal use of the website.
